@Hiro They had to replace their pistol emoji with a water gun because in their art style, it was too realist https://emojipedia.org/pistol/
But it raises another problem: since they're the only ones who did that, the meaning of the emoji varies greatly depending on the platform.
A better solution would just have been to remove this emoji from the unicode standard imo
